A friend’s comment about my changing my eating habits, working out daily, not wanting to go out to eat and not drinking for the next two weeks.
No, I’m not going overboard with anything. I’m trying to change my life, make myself happy, live longer, feel better, do more and be stronger. No, I’m not going overboard. I don’t want to be perfect, I’m not thinking about bathing suits or boys or how skinny I can be. I just want to be healthy.
