I've loved and I've lost

I’ve been being pretty strict with my eating and working out for a few weeks now and I feel like I’m not seeing any progress! I’m staying away from the scale as not to discourage myself further but I don’t know, my body still looks exactly the same. I guess I can’t expect miracles and need to just solider on. I’m eating healthy, lots of veggies and fruit, only wheat bread and not a lot of it, no snacks or processed junk, protein…grrr! lol
